Access to your personal information and correction

No charge for information

When we receive an Access Request from an individual, we will provide the individual with a copy of the information request free of charge.

We will charge a “reasonable fee” when a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive. The fee is based on the administrative cost of providing the information.

 Information to be given within a month

We will provide information without delay and within at least one month of receiving the request as per the GDPR regulations. Where requests are complex or numerous, we will be able to extend the deadline for providing the information to three months. However, we will still respond to the request within a month, explaining why the extension is necessary.

Electronic requests are available

Access Requests can be made electronically (e.g. by email) as well as physically. Where a request is made electronically, the information will be provided in a commonly used file format.

Refusal of a request

If we do refuse an Access Request, we will tell the individual why and that they have the right to complain to the supervisory authority and to a judicial remedy. We will inform the individual without undue delay and at the latest within one month.
